Methodical Coaching

As an independent, systematic coach, I am pleased to offer personalised guidance.

My services range from individual coaching sessions (in person or online) to group coaching, seminars, and constellation weekends. Moderation and mediation are also part of my portfolio. I have successfully applied each of my methods for several years, accumulating extensive experience.

Within the methodical and systemic coaching, a variety of methods can be employed. The key focus in one-on-one methodical coaching is addressing the unique needs of the individual. It is essential to understand that coaching, in this context, is not akin to counseling. Following the coaching definition by C. Rauen, coaching means 'creating a framework in which the coachee finds their way from their current state to their goal'. The coach provides support throughout this process.
